Product
Information
Photographs
and description of products have been made to the best of our
ability, to represent the actual product, however, it is important to
note that occasionally products may vary from photograph and
descriptions shown, so wherever possible, it is advised to request
samples before placing an order.
We
have given a brief but accurate description of all items on the
website to comply with the Trade Descriptions Act, should any
customers believe there is any misrepresentation, please advise us so
that the details can be amended.
Delivery
and Order Confirmation
All fabric
only orders
(except for surfer and Hawaiian prints) will be dispatched direct
from the manufacturer and are usually delivered 2-3 days after order
confirmation by courier. We will inform you by return if any fabrics
ordered are currently unavailable. If you require an order urgently,
it is advisable to telephone us to see if it can be dispatched the
same day. Fabrics must be ordered in complete metre lengths, our
suppliers will not accept part metre orders.
Curtain
and upholstery orders are all made to order, make up and
delivery times vary
dependant on
the size of the order and how busy we are at the time. Customers
will
be given an estimated completion time at the time of ordering. We
will endeavour to keep you informed of your order progress and will
notify you by email when your materials are ordered, materials have
arrived, and when your order is complete and ready for dispatch, we
will provide you with your carrier details and your unique tracking
number.

Prices
Prices on the website
are
inclusive of vat. We keep our prices competitive, but they may be
altered at any time due to manufacturer price increases.
Payment
Payment
can be made using all major credit/debit cards using
Paypal. An
invoice is emailed to the email address you provided for you to pay
securely online
Cheques
and
postal orders should be made payable to 'Camper Comforts Ltd',
please note that materials will not be ordered until funds have
cleared, usually 5 working days.
Returns
Policy
Cancellation
of Custom Made Products
Custom made
products such as curtains, upholstery, cushion covers and so on,
cannot be returned under any circumstances other than an error which
we are proven to be soley responsible for. If the buyer
feels that Camper Comforts is responsible for an error in production,
they must return the goods to us at their own cost, which will be
refunded in full if it is subsequently proven that Camper Comforts
are responsible for that error.
We will make
custom made products to your exact measurements. Should
these measurements prove to be incorrect, Camper Comforts is not
liable and has the right to make charges for any alterations
necessary. Custom made items, where the customer has
provided the measurements, are made at the customer's own risk.
Goods
Received Damaged
If any
goods are returned to ourselves it is the responsibility of
the BUYER to place a claim, should goods be received damaged, or lost
in transit by ourselves.
If the goods
received damaged were delivered by courier, the buyer must
contact Camper Comforts IMMEDIATELY. Please note that any goods
signed for as 'Received in Good condition' will not be able to be
credited back to you. If the parcel is damaged, then please
ensure you sign for this as 'damaged'. It is your responsibility to
check the delivery parcels carefully when signing for the receipt of
such.
Please do not
dispose of any packaging or try to make any repairs, as, in order for
us to make a claim against the courier service, we will
need photographic evidence of all the details of damage to goods and
packaging.
Accuracy
of Orders Dispatched
Please ensure
that swatch names do match with those that are displayed on the web
when you place your order. Mistakes can happen and we
cannot be held liable for any errors of product names on the web that
do not match with swatch names. Similarly, it is the
responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods they
have received are those which were ordered.
Once
fabric has been cut into, we are unable to accept returns under any
circumstances.
Please
note that we will not accept any returns which have not been
authorised by Camper Comforts, so if you would like to return an item
or items, please email or telephone us to comfirm that this is
acceptable. In the event of returns, customers must return
items at their own expense.
Samples are
available free of charge to a maximum of 8. Please email us
with your name, full postal address including postcode, and the
details of which samples you require.
